ICM Investment Management Limited ("ICMIM") is authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") as a Collective Portfolio Management Investment firm. It is the appointed investment manager or sub-investment manager to all of the Pentagon funds. 

ICMIM's headquarters are in Epsom, Surrey, UK.

The ICM Group has more than 30 specialist investment professionals, with more than 320 years of experience. The team includes portfolio managers and research analysts across multiple asset classes and sectors. It manages approximately US$1.4bn in direct assets under management, with a further US$44.5bn held by investee and affiliated companies (as at 31 December, 2025).
